This project concerns a steel building, used as a warehouse of a company based in Peristeri region in Athens. The structure consists of a metal frame, covered by a special high durability PVC fabric, while its general dimensions are 33 x 15 x 7 meters in length, width and height respectively. TektInn took over the technical management and consulting services of this project (from A to Z) in order its successful accomplishment time-wise as well as budget-wise to be guaranteed. The works included: 

• Checking and update of the supplier’s technical drawings
• Earthworks for the removal of waste and debris material off the plot 
• Surveying measurements for the precise alignment of the building on the plot 
• Excavation works and management of the following contractors 
• Formwork, rebar works, anchoring and concreting of foundations
• Formwork, rebar works and concreting of the industrial floor – slab 
• Surrounding landscape configuration and backfilling with crusted stone and gravel 
• Assembly of the steel frame and implementation of the PVC fabric cover
• Final check of the building and secondary technical works (silicon cover in joins, anchor plate cement fillings)

The project was completed exactly as planned, in coordination with the contractors, the suppliers and the client, thus another innovative structure was proudly added on our professional portfolio.
