The Excellence Tower is a 48-floor skyscraper, located in the heart of Doha in West Bay district. The building houses several businesses such as contracting, consulting and insurance companies. One of them, Al Rayan Contracting Group, trusted our team for the architectural design and rendering of their 515 m² offices, located on the 39^th floor. 

The mentioned floor is leased by Al Rayan Group, as ‘core section’, which means only the basic infrastructure has been applied within the facility. Therefore, the design had to be executed from scratch i.e. our proposal had to include the internal wall arrangement, furniture, colours, electrical sockets, false ceiling, floor marvels, bathrooms, lighting etc. 

As per our client desires, the two separate office sections were designed with different decoration styles. The east area, which accommodates management offices, followed a neo-classic, minimal mood while the west side, which covers open workstations, was blended with industrial, modern, minimal elements. 

The client was completely satisfied by the results, which proves that our team can fully support design services in Qatar, one of the most demanding markets in the Gulf region.
