The Hellenic Public Power Corporation (PPC) has initiated an extensive project aimed at the refurbishment and redesign of numerous retail centers throughout Greece. One of the initial establishments to undergo this transformation is located in the Egaleo municipality, Attica, and has been completely reconstructed.

The scope of TektInn was the project management and site supervision of the contracting works, including but not limited to:

• Provision of necessary timelines for all involved contractors
• Keeping the works order in line with budget
• Ensuring the safety and health environment standards
• Managing all documentation protocols in relation to the technical drawings
• Supervising of all Architectural and Electromechanical works
• Involving subcontractors from TektInn in the project
• Attending technical meetings with consultant and the client
• Waste management organizing and personnel shifts arrangement

Our team successfully fulfilled all required obligations, ensuring the successful completion of this highly challenging project. The nature of our task demanded daily supervision over several months, coupled with the need to navigate deviations from the initial design, which necessitated additional utilization of our technical and human resources.
