Our team was assigned to manage the renovation of the referred apartment in Glyfada, by introducing all the necessary contractors, as well as by providing architectural design proposals for the successful completion of the works in budget and time.

The existing WC tiles, the cupboards and the interior doors were demolished. A new electrical and hydraulics network in the kitchen, the bathroom and the sleeping room was installed whereas the whole kitchen area was re-designed in order to become more spacious and functional. The WC was fully refurbished with new tiles, furniture and in-built shower. A new cupboard was installed in the bedroom while its wooden floor was fully polished. In addition, new laminate interior doors were placed and finally the whole interior areas were plastered, polished and painted with soft, terrestrial colour hues, transforming the apartment into a modern and luxurious home place.

The agreed works duration and the specific budget were totally assured, converting the choice of TEKTINN by the client into trust, which is our goal in every project.
