TektInn provided construction management and technical foreman services for the full refurbishment of the Blue Sea Beach Hotel in Stalida, Crete, acting on behalf of the main consultant, Alpha Engineering – “ΑΝΤΩΝΙΟΣ ΚΟΥΜΠΕΝΑΚΗΣ ΕΞΩΤΕΡΙΚΟΥ & ΣΙΑ ΕΕ”. The assignment focused on on-site coordination and daily supervision of all civil and architectural works during the renovation process of the hospitality complex. Our responsibilities included monitoring construction progress, supervising workmanship quality, coordinating subcontractor activities, verifying compliance with design specifications and construction schedules, and reporting technical matters directly to Alpha Engineering. The refurbishment works comprised structural repairs, architectural modifications, EMP works, waterproofing applications, exterior improvement works and upgrading of common hotel facilities and guest accommodation areas (rooms, main pool, restaurant, garden area). Through continuous site presence and systematic technical reporting, TektInn contributed to the efficient execution and quality control of the project, supporting the successful delivery of a modernized mega-hospitality facility meeting contemporary operational and architectural standards.
