This project was assigned entirely to our team from scratch, therefore TektInn services included the detailed architectural proposal (plan view drawings), the 3D Visualization, the project management as well as all the necessary contracting works for the refurbishment of the 5th floor apartment in Korydallos region, Athens.

Our proposal and interior design were based on the desires and needs of the client, where after a detailed discussion, the style of the spaces, the mode of the design and the furniture allocation were determined. Thus, the style is modern, blended with classical elements, while special emphasis was given to the practicallity and utilization of the specific rooms in order a balance between comfort and functionality to be achieved, for the users.

More specifically, the united living room – kitchen is harmoniously separated by an island/table while a translucent minimal self, consisting of wooden and metal elements, has been placed eccentrically. The large corner sofa creates the relaxation area, while the dining room is located next to the living room. The main bathroom reveals the feeling of luxury with the use of ‘calacatta marble feel’ and ‘dream perla’ tiles, while it consists of a built-in shower, a modern sink and a built-in cistern. The WC on the other hand, is designed with ‘gres porcelanato’ and ‘metro white’ tiles to create the sense of hospitality for its guests, while housing a modern white mini washbasin. Finally, one the two bedrooms was converted into a modern office and the other into a cozy master bedroom, wall-painted with terrestrial colors like blue and grey.

Except for the bathrooms, light brown herringbone laminate was laid all over the floor and grey decape laminate interior doors were installed. In addition, the old window frames were replaced with new aluminium ones, with double glass windows, for the optimal insulation of the apartment. The terrestrial colors of the walls, the lighting as well as the rest architectural components (curtains, wine celar, shoe rack, etc.) tie in with the whole space, creating an impressive result that excited and completely satisfied the customer.
